The boy’s name is Pratap Samaddar. Resident of Burdwan city. He opened this shop after completing his graduation from Raj College, Burdwan. Pratap said that he learned to make biryani from his mother as a child. Because he can make biryani by himself, he can cook biryani for only 30 rupees. However, chicken biryani is available for 30 rupees. The size of the chicken is quite large. Many people are already crowding to eat biryani.
One who came to eat biryani like this said, ‘This initiative is quite good. Biryani at low cost It has launched in Burdwan, it is very good. I have eaten biryani myself, the quality is good.’
