A special treat for those visiting the Rajbari fair is the jelly made by Sushant Pal with various fruits. This time Sushant made pineapple, mango and chocolate jelly at Rajbari’s Mansa Puja fair. And this is the game. Eight to eighty visitors to the fair gather every day to eat this special jelly.
In this context, Sushant Pal, a seller of pineapple jalepi, said, “Since last year, the new flavored jalepi made with different fruits has won the hearts of people. This time also, I am able to give this fruit jalepi to the mouths of all who come to the fair organized on the occasion of Rajbari Mansa Puja. This is a matter of great joy.” A customer said, “Nowadays, various fusions of food can be seen. I came to the fair and saw fruit jelly being sold. I bought it. It tastes great. It’s a completely new idea. I feel very good.”
