Shopkeeper Saurabh Sarkar said, “General momo There is a little difference with Nepali Momo. From making it to taste and smell. He said, this momo recipe is his wife’s. As his home is in North Bengal. He learned to make Nepali momos from there. These momos are made in Nepali style of cooking. So this momo is named as Nepali Momo.
Several spices are used to make momos, including meat, onions. Then Nepali momos are made in the same way as normal momos are made. But the taste of this momo is different from other momos. So the demand for this momo is also huge.
