At the end of almost a month, the Biryani demand of the ‘Tulu Momo’ counter increased from 80 to 90 plates. Biryani for 50 rupees! Again, the customers were surprised when they first heard about chicken and potatoes. Buyers are coming from 10-12 kilometers away. Biryani has already received several orders. Even from Siliguri or neighboring districts, people want to get ‘tulu momo’ biryani due to social media.
Keeping those customers in mind, Sanjur is also thinking of home delivery in the coming days. After eating biryani at the counter, customers say it is very tasty. There is not much difference with 100 or 150 taka biryani, the quantity is also not less. The buyer Saurabh said that biryani started selling at Tulu Momo counter about a month ago. Then we bought and ate. There was no such demand at that time. Now if you want to take biryani, you have to queue for quite some time. It can never be found again. Sanju said, we are aiming to make Tulu Momo a brand. The counter was first started by selling momos. I am getting good feedback on Biryani too. Customer returns are coming. Now it seems that I may have made the right decision.
