Know the diet

In such a situation, sour fruits should be eaten to boost immunity. For energy, if more carbohydrates like whole grains, millet porridge and ragi roti are given, then both energy and protein remain maintained.

Consume diet rich in calcium and protein
Dr. Jyoti Singh told that children of 5 to 10 years need more fruits containing calcium. In such a situation, leafy vegetables, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds etc. should be given. This increases height rapidly and strengthens health. Hormonal changes also occur in 15 year old children. In such a situation, girls should be given iron rich fruits like cabbage, spinach and broccoli etc. Roasted gram and jaggery should also be taken as snacks. You can also take Sattu, eggs and chicken etc. Children should consume more protein rich foods. Keep taking other foods little by little.

250 to 300 ml milk is sufficient for children.
Dr. Jyoti Singh told that many people give too much milk to children, but children do not need much milk for calcium. 250 to 300 ml is sufficient for 10 year old children. Whereas, children who are not eating anything. One liter milk is enough for them. It is sufficient for children aged six months to one and a half years, both during the day and night. Many times the family members give one and a half to two liters of milk. Whereas, not that much is required.
