He said that if radish is taken regularly and in limited quantity, it is also very beneficial for the heart. He said that consuming radish can be very beneficial in liver, kidney and even diabetes. Dr. Ashish said that radish proves to be no less than a panacea for gas patients. But radish should be consumed in limited quantity only.
