Instead they make a filling called crème, which is made from vegetable oils such as palm oil, palm oil, refined oil, sugar, emulsifiers, artificial flavors and food additives. It does not contain anything like milk and consuming it is not beneficial for people of any age. Eating this can cause many serious harm.

Doctor Gupta told that the biggest problem in cream filling is trans fat. Trans fat increases bad cholesterol in the blood and reduces good cholesterol. This increases the risk of heart disease, stroke and heart attack. According to WHO, trans fat has no benefits and its regular consumption can cause problems like insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes and inflammation. Apart from this, there is a high amount of refined sugar in cream biscuits, which increases the sugar level and causes insulin resistance. It increases obesity, tooth decay and growth related problems in children.
