Flax seeds are considered very beneficial for health. Especially for high blood pressure patients. It controls cholesterol, reduces the risk of heart diseases and increases immunity. Regular consumption can also provide relief from joint pain and anemia. Lightly roast the flax seeds, grind them and eat them by mixing them with flour, curd or salad. Its laddus are also beneficial in winter. However, do not consume more than 20 grams daily and people with intestinal problems should not use it without consulting a doctor.
