Do you feel lethargic from morning to evening? Add these things to your diet, fatigue will go away Zoom

Nowadays many people complain of feeling tired, lethargic and weak throughout the day. Many times, even after getting enough sleep, one feels lack of energy in the body and does not feel like working. According to health experts, a major reason for this could be iron deficiency in the body i.e. anemia. When the amount of iron in the body decreases, hemoglobin in the blood starts decreasing, due to which sufficient oxygen does not reach the body parts. This is the reason why a person starts feeling problems like fatigue, dizziness, weakness and lethargy again and again. Especially women, children and youth are more affected by this problem.

According to the National Health Mission, by supplementing iron through proper diet, this problem can be easily overcome and one can feel fresh throughout the day. Healthy life starts with proper nutrition. Iron plays an important role in providing oxygen to the body. When iron is low, the amount of hemoglobin in the blood decreases, due to which complaints like fatigue, lethargy, dizziness and weakness increase.

The good thing is that you can overcome iron deficiency by including some simple things in your daily diet. For this, include jaggery, sesame, green leafy vegetables, gram, black lentils, peanuts etc. in the diet. Including these food items in the daily diet improves the iron level in the body, purifies the blood and maintains energy. Experts recommend taking iron-rich foods along with vitamin C-rich fruits like lemon, orange, amla, because vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron. By eating right, you can remain active and healthy throughout the day.
