Chennai: Chennai Super Kings CEO Kashi Viswanathan said former Indian captain and wicketkeeper-batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni will play every match of the IPL. However, he also said that his role in the team will be decided by the team management.
The 19th IPL is going to start from March 28. And after the T20 World Cup, cricketers from home and abroad are going to join this eye-catching tournament soon.
However, due to age, there were doubts whether Dhoni, known as CSK’s ‘Legend’, would play this IPL at all in IPL 2026. But, Kashi has put an end to that matter for now. He said, according to his opinion, Dhoni will play every match of IPL.
Also, the recently concluded T20 World Cup will also see Shivam Dubey and Sanju Samson in the yellow jersey of Chennai Super Kings.
