Desi Ghee Benefits for Skin and Health: Nagaur’s Ayurvedic doctor Mahendra Kumar Sharma has described Desi Ghee as a boon for skin and health. Ghee is helpful in reducing wrinkles, improving dry skin and strengthening bones. It also improves the digestive system, but oily skin and heart patients should be careful in its consumption.
