Not only do they look bad, but they also have light movement. Therefore, it is important to know the measures to protect yourself from the scorching sun in time.

How To Keep Body Cool In Summer: The summer season has arrived. People have started sweating in the month of March itself. From this it can be estimated that this time the heat is going to set a new record. In such a situation, experts advise to include some general tips in the daily routine to avoid heatwave and heatstroke.
The National Health Mission (NHM) has advised caution especially for children, elderly and sick people. By adopting small precautions, the summer season can be made safe and comfortable.
How to stay cool in the scorching sun?
keep yourself hydrated
According to NHM, the most important thing is to drink enough water. Drink plenty of water, lemon water, buttermilk, coconut water or ORS throughout the day. Do not let there be shortage of water in the body, because dehydration is the biggest cause of heatstroke.
Choosing the right clothes is important
The second most important thing is to take care of clothes in summer. Wear light colored cotton and airy clothes which keep the body cool. Dark colored or tight clothes absorb more heat, so avoid them. At the same time, completely avoid the strong afternoon sun. Avoid going out between 11 am to 4 pm. If it is necessary to go out, keep an umbrella, hat, sunglasses and a wet towel with you.
Don’t ignore the symptoms of heatstroke
It is very important to keep an eye on the symptoms of heatstroke. If symptoms like sudden high fever, excessive sweating or no sweating at all, dizziness, vomiting, headache, fainting, fast heartbeat, red and dry skin are seen, then immediately take them to a shady place, give them water and contact the doctor.
Keep these things in mind too
Not only this, keep pets in a shady place and give them enough water. Avoid heavy physical work or exercise in extreme heat. Use fan, cooler or AC at home and try to keep the room cool. If any serious symptoms are seen, immediately reach the nearest health center or hospital.
