In such a situation, if you do a desk job, then make a habit of getting up every half an hour. You don’t have to do anything extra in this. Just get up from your chair and walk for a few minutes.

For this, do not keep your water bottle on your desk. With this, whenever you feel thirsty, you will have to get up and go near the filter and in this way you will be able to easily make the habit of getting up every once in a while. He further said that if you are taking a lunch break of one hour, then take out a minute, do some pushups, spot marching, do anything, any activity.

What happens if you sit for a long time?
