Ayurvedic doctors of Burhanpur say that there are some green leafy vegetables which generate warmth from within the body and keep the temperature balanced.
Expert doctor gave right advice
Dr. Dipankar Atre, who has 10 years of experience in Ayurveda, says that during cold days, people cover themselves externally, but do not take proper food for internal warmth. He says that if green leafy vegetables are included in the daily diet, the body automatically starts fighting cold. These vegetables provide protein, fiber and calcium to the body, which strengthens immunity and reduces the risk of diseases.
These 5 vegetables work as “heaters” in the body
If you want to keep yourself fit and warm during cold days, then definitely include these vegetables in your plate – spinach vegetable, fenugreek paratha or fenugreek vegetable, mustard greens, bathua, cholai. According to doctors, all these vegetables are hot by nature and act like heaters for the body.
