According to reliable sources, CAB members have also mailed requests for change of electoral officers from three other organizations. However, CAB has given responsibility to Sushant Ranjan Upadhyay. Later, CAB Secretary Bablu Kole said, ‘Sushant Ranjan Upadhyay has been handling this responsibility since 2015. He is experienced. So I have faith.’

Former Indian cricketer Pranab Roy had earlier proposed CAB to bear the medical expenses of cricketers suffering from terminal illnesses. Former CAB President Abhishek Dalmiya has written an open letter to the Sports Minister on Maidan corruption.
