Agra : The number of insomnia patients has increased in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Doctors say that insomnia is becoming a fatal disease. This is a disease in which the patient cannot sleep till late at night. He said that due to lack of sleep, he starts using mobile at night and in many cases, using the mobile for a long time also causes this disease in the body. He said that insomnia is the Hindi translation of this disease. The doctor said that one should not use the phone till late night. A person should sleep after eating food on time and wake up on time in the morning. One should do some exercise in the morning, so that the body remains healthy. He said that healthy lifestyle protects from many diseases. He said that using the phone in the dark till late night can also cause other problems like eyesight problems. He said that in case of serious problems, consult the nearest doctor.

Insomnia disease is becoming fatal, many patients have increased

Dr. Ashish told that when a patient becomes a victim of insomnia, he gradually becomes irritable because he is not able to get complete sleep. He said that due to this disease, the chances of the patient contracting many other diseases also increases, in such a situation, they need to immediately consult the nearest doctor.

Insomnia can be prevented even by staying at home

Senior doctor of Agra, Ashish Mittal said that insomnia can be avoided by staying at home. He said that for this a person has to eat food on time. After meals he can take a short walk. After that you have to prepare to sleep on time. He said that for this, turn off the lights in the room and listen to light music. Listening to music will help you sleep quickly and soundly. Dr. Mittal said that if any person sleeps on time, he will easily wake up early in the morning. He said that after waking up early in the morning he can walk or exercise. So that he can remain active throughout the day. Dr. Ashish said that do not use mobile at all while sleeping. He said that sometimes insomnia patients also become victims of depression or mental diseases, hence it is important that they maintain a healthy lifestyle so that diseases stay away from them.
