Dhruvajyoti said, ‘Got to bed early the day before yesterday. She had her daughter’s mobile phone with her. There was no trouble or disturbance. But even then it is not understood what happened.’

Damayanti’s mother Moumita Roy Sen reported her daughter’s disappearance by posting pictures on social media. On Friday evening, Moumita made another post on social media. He wrote, ‘After yesterday’s post, only one new information has been found. It is known through the CCTV footage that my daughter Damayanti Sen was last seen yesterday around 1.20 pm in Mahesh Rathtala area of ​​Srirampur. Also through social media some people reported that they saw him at Battala in Srirampur. But it is with great sadness that almost 36 more hours have passed and still my daughter has not returned home and there is no trace of her.’

Damayanti’s mother later wrote, ‘My heartfelt request to everyone in Srirampur, Risha, Mahesh and surrounding areas, please share this post as much as possible. If anyone has seen him or has any information about him, please contact the nearest police station or us immediately.
