Bhopal: IPLHe has caught the eye with the bat. All-rounder Shashank Singh playing for Punjab Kings is suddenly in trouble. An FIR was lodged against him and his IPS father Shailesh Singh on the night of June 29 in Bhopal for allegedly beating and abusing their cook Bipendra Singh Tomar. He was allegedly beaten because he did not like the cook’s cooking. Then this happened.

According to a report in Dainik Bhaskar, the cricketer’s family did not like the food cooked by Bipendra. Not liking the food, Shashank Singh, his father and the driver beat and abused the cook. His phone was confiscated and forced to work despite the ban.

Keeping safety in mind, cook Bipendra locked himself in the house. But somehow the cricketer’s family opened the door and beat him up. The cook’s body and face were injured. The seized phone was also not returned.

The workload was built from the start

The cook said that he was called to Bhopal from Rewa by an acquaintance and informed that Shailesh Singh had a cooking job at his house. This work will also help to get government jobs in future. He will be paid 15,000 taka per month for the work of a cook. Accommodation and meals are also available.

But after a few days of starting work, continuous work pressure started building up. Vipendra said that the cook who was already working in the house was also being abused.
