Hyderabad: Controversy started after Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Royal Challengers Bangalore match (SRH vs RCB). RCB Virat after the match Kohli (Virat Kohli) did not shake hands with Travis Head of Sunrisers.

During the second innings of the match, Kohli was seen saying something very excitedly to the head of the RCB during batting. However, it is not understood what exactly caused it. Before this incident, however, Kohli had hit two boundaries. But then he could not stay at the crease for long and he returned to the dressing room after 11 runs. Finally, RCB lost against Sunrisers.

At the end of the match, the two teams exchanged courtesies by shaking hands as per the tradition. That’s when the incident happened. Kohli shook hands with Pat Cummins, Abhishek Sharma, but proceeded to completely ignore Head’s extended hand. Virat also shook hands with Ishan Kishan and Nitish Kumar Reddy who were standing next to Head. The jalghola has started around this incident of not shaking hands with his head.

Talking about the match, Nizam’s city franchise won the match with the controlled bowling of Shakib Hussain and Ishan Malinga after playing aggressively from the start and scoring 255 runs. They did not allow RCB to score more than 200 runs in 20 overs.

Batting first, Sunrisers added 63 runs in the power play. Abhishek Sharma completed his half century in just 20 balls, but then he could not go far. He had to return for 56 runs. Then Heinrich Klaasen paired with Ishan Kishan. The two in-form batsmen put on a 26-ball half-century partnership. Both also completed individual fifties. Classen scored his sixth half-century of the season with 23 balls, and Ishan scored a half-century with 31 balls. Krunal Pandya eventually broke their hundred-run partnership, but by then Hyderabad had crossed the two-hundred mark. They stopped at 255 runs. Klassen played an innings of 51 runs and Ishan 79 runs, Nitish Kumar Reddy also played an aggressive innings of 29 runs off 12 balls.

In reply, Benkatesh Iyer led RCB to a devastating start. In just 3.4 overs, the defending champion crossed the fifty mark. But then the twin shocks. Benkatesh returned for 44 off Ishan Malinga, and Shakib Hussain dismissed Virat for 15. Kohliwho Even Devdutta Parikkal could not score more than 21 runs after going down for three. In such a situation, RCB captain Rajat Patidar and Krunal Pandya, who got promotion in the batting order, took the lead of the innings. But despite the two getting runs, they failed to increase the run rate, or rather the Sunrisers bowlers did not allow it to happen.
