Ahmedabad: So far Sunrisers Hyderabad have not won a single match at the Narendra Modi Stadium. But the ‘Orange Army’ has a big chance to reverse that statistic today (GT vs SRH). Washington Sundar and Sai Sudharsan hit half centuries for Gujarat Titans in today’s match, but the Titans somehow crossed the 150-run mark in the scheduled 20 overs. Their collection was 168 runs for five wickets. Praful Hinge and Shakib Hussain, two young fast bowlers took two wickets each for Sunrisers.
Sunrisers captain Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to bowl first. Praful started well for the team. He sent Shubman Gill back to the dugout for just five runs early on. Jos Buttler didn’t go far either, dropping to three. Hingei also returned him to the dressing room. Titans added just 34 runs for the loss of two wickets in six overs of the power play. Nishant Sindhu got off to a good start. But he too fell victim to Pat Cummins for 22 runs. In such a situation, the Titans were under great pressure.

It was in this situation that Washington Sundar started fighting back and Sai Sudarshan survived on the other side. The Titans opener slowly completed his fifty off 38 balls. The partnership also crossed the half-century mark. Two people handled the situation of the team. However, Shakib Hussain sent Sai Sudarshan back to the cage for 61 runs. However, the Titans opener remained in good spirits even after returning to the dressing room after scoring a half-century.

Sundar somehow made the team cross the 150-run mark. He also crossed the half-century mark. In the last over of the innings, Sundar returned to Sajghar with 50 runs from 33 balls. But by that time, at least the logistics of the fight have been received. However, it is much less than the number of runs scored at the Narendra Modi Stadium. At the end of 20 overs, the Titans ended the innings with 168 runs for five wickets. It remains to be seen whether this run is enough to win this time.
